Leama is an online mathematics learning platform that provides structured lessons, practice questions, and progress tracking. We offer both free and paid tiers. The features available to you depend on the tier associated with your account.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use Leama. By registering, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. You must not share your account with others or allow third parties to access the platform through your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

All content on Leama — including lesson text, questions, graphics, and code — is owned by or licensed to Leama and is protected by copyright. You may use the content solely for your personal, non-commercial learning. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without our prior written consent.
Leama is currently offered free of charge. Some features may require a paid subscription in the future. If and when paid plans are introduced, the applicable fees, billing cycle, cancellation, and refund terms will be presented to you before you subscribe, and these Terms will be updated accordingly.
We collect and process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using Leama, you consent to that processing. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Leama is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any errors will be corrected. Educational content is provided for learning purposes and we make no guarantees about outcomes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Leama shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use of the platform is harmful to other users or to Leama. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account; deletion takes effect immediately and permanently removes your account and all associated data.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
